VERY DISAPPOINTED - WISH I DIDN'T GO WITH ANOTHER BRAND

I had high hopes for this HT, my first DMR experience. I watched a few YouTube videos and also asked questions and read user reviews. The radio is not quite as advertised. You can program some of these from the keyboard. It turns out, however, that it requires a computer that I don't have and I don't apologize for that. Only two banks were open and a few analog and digital channels were programmed into the radio. The HT is advertised with GPS (which was a key buying factor). NO GPS as of now. The volume control is patchy. It ranges from barely audible to extremely loud and difficult to control. The instructions were TERRIBLE assuming the user is already familiar with the radio. When you press the PTT button, the "A" or "D" icon is sometimes black and sometimes green. There is nothing in the manual about this. Many things are missing from the instructions. I'm trying to poll a DMR relay and I get a "BS act timeout" message. Again, there is nothing in the manual about what it is? This is not my first experience with Retevis, but definitely the LAST. I'll see if I can sell it for a not too big loss.
