Yields just over half the stated gallons of salt water, Reef Crystal Stick

Reef Crystal Stick. Thought I'd give this a try and try something different. From the 200 gallon box I ordered I was able to make 4-30 gallons of water at 35ppm salinity or 1.026 which is standard for the reef. I was able to get just over half the container gallons advertised which is unacceptable. I contacted Fritz they said it's 200 gallons at 30ppm nobody runs their reef on so it looks like false advertising. Also, it left a huge mess every time I mixed up a batch. I will return to the reef crystals which I have used for over a decade and are half price.
