After a 12 day vacation, for your 'protection', this thing stopped working!

If you have one of these, don't go on vacation in a few days, it's not working anymore! That's right, it won't work, and it's almost impossible to contact them. They say it's for your protection, like they really care. Some people on the net are lucky, I've tried all the resets, updates, nothing works and they want me to send this to them with all the paperwork. anyway - good luck
