When it first came out six and a half months ago I thought it would be strong and durable. nope When I plugged it in the other morning, despite great care, it got hot, blew a hole in the wire and started smoking. I tried contacting the seller through Revain but despite the 12 month warranty it says the eligibility for product support ends after 6 months. It's pointless. I was also unable to contact the seller using the "Ask a Questions" feature. Very dissatisfied with the purchase. It's $50 down the drain. I was lucky my Surface Pro didn't burn out or catch fire.
