I have psoriasis and allergic dermatitis and these things are my lifesaver. I use it every time I shower. I use Vanicream cleansing soap to wash my body and face and before I get out of the shower I apply this oil all over my body (even my feet but it makes the shower slippery so you have to be very careful ). After getting out of the shower, I gently towel dry and then apply the Lubriderm lotion mixed with pure coconut oil. This process keeps my skin from dryness and flaking. Recommended for anyone with skin problems.
