The fridge side light on our Sub Zero fridge started flickering, sometimes coming on and sometimes not. I occasionally wiggled the switch blade to allow the door contacts to fix it for a day or so, eventually deciding to replace the switch. Switch. Then simply unplug the insulated quick connectors from the old switch (pull on the quick connectors NOT the wire), squeeze the clips together (this may require pliers) and pull the old switch out. Slide the new switch into the hole until it clicks into place and reconnect the quick disconnects. Replace the bracket and front cover and you're done. The new switch fits and works perfectly.
