Plastic refillable lighter. The outer metal case is thin. I think I paid too much for this item. It was the only one of its kind on Revain at the time. I buy no more than 3 dollars. The product is reusable and maybe reading the description was my mistake. In my opinion, considering the price, the metal case would carry some weight.
