Installed tonight - bought to replace 3M which has been on the car doors for the whole 15 years of ownership. I originally got 3M to replace it. Have used the whole package and haven't been able to get good results. Everything looked good on the outside and was holding up well, while the back kept peeling. When I tried to change the order there weren't any, thank goodness, so I decided to give it a try. This product is thinner than 3M and is 4 mils thick - this made it easier to work with the curves - not sure how the thinner product will hold up. over time. It stuck to the back of the door where 3M failed. Over time we will see how well this product holds up - the installation was much better than 3M's.
