I really wanted to love this collar. It suits her very well. I like its style and breadth. And it seems that the company really cares about its product and its customers. But I'm not sure about its durability or effectiveness. If they fixed the following things it would be perfect: Pen. When pulled out, the collar loosens. I had to tighten the collar twice in the week I had it. Then I purposely pulled on the handle and yes, it comes loose. So I can cut off the handle. Such a shame! - Ring D. It must be sewn tightly to the collar so that it does not rotate. The second ring for the token. I wish it wasn't plastic and sewn on more reliably. This is another reason I bought it because I needed a second ring. But this one looks like it could easily come loose if the thread comes loose.
