Review on QBurst ContextIQ by Ian Bates
QBurst has been a great product for our company!
The ability to create custom recommendations, which can be used in conjunction with our other products like QBurst Pro or QBurst Enterprise. It's very easy to use as well! There are ways we've been able to improve efficiency by using this product alone but there isn't anything I dislike about it so far. We have had some issues at first getting all features up & running (like sorting). But once they were implemented everything was great. Our customers love how fast their experience has improved through these new tools; specifically when searching online for information related to home improvement projects.

- Tagging/filtering data sets.
- Segmentation options available out of box without having an analytics expert come into office every time something needs "tweaking"
- Ability add your own tags if desired helpful especially early adopters who want more detailed segmentation capabilities that aren’re included automatically within system already
