Did nothing against fingerprints. I googled the best way to remove dirty fingerprints and the best information I found was using Dawn dish soap. First wash your hands with warm water for at least 20 seconds. Use warm but not hot water to clean your lenses with some dish soap. Don't just wash the lenses, wash your nose, sides, etc. This is the part that defies common sense: clean the lenses with your fingers. You'll know you've washed off the soap when you rinse them off and they'll be sparkling clean. Dry with a lens cleaning tissue after shaking off large drops. Inexpensive ones can be purchased from Revain. Do not dry with paper towels, kitchen towels (even if they seem soft). They scratch the lenses. Don't use a shirt. Do not dry items that have been used with fabric softener. Welcome back!
