Worked once - heating, cooling and air quality

Addendum: Worked very well once! After emptying the tank it won't start anymore. The power light is on and when I remove the tank the inactivity light comes on but the power light goes off. I've tried removing and replacing the tank multiple times but to no avail. Update 2: They emailed back very quickly and I was able to get a refund. Original: It works very well! It runs about 22 hours and has about 1 inch of water in the tank. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with lousy air conditioning. The temperature is not lower (didn't expect it) but without humidity it's sooooo more comfortable! Great for the price. Pretty calm.
