I received these before they fitted my limbs perfectly so I decided to order another box, half was taped together so I couldn't use them but my 11 year old daughter was smart put them in hot water for a minute and took them apart. So it might help if you already have them and want to use them. I would buy them again as no one has time to sit down and take them apart when they make prosthetics.
