Great service from people in America

I like this product because it came well packaged and looked nice. I had a question of how to get longer linesets. I called and actually talk to people who live in or around New Jersey which is refreshing because usually with any other product I end up being transferred to somewhere in Bangladesh. Nice to get support from America. The people are easy to deal with and made me feel confident that once I have this unit installed I will be satisfied and if not I will find somebody to talk to, I can understand and work with. Don’t hesitate
