Review on Revolutionary Rechargeable Bark Collar for Small Dogs - Smart Chip, No Shock, No Pain! by Mary Scott

Unfortunately I got lucky when I first bought this item, the beep alone seemed to startle my puppies enough to give them the signal to stop barking. But now, about a month later, it doesn't seem to do it justice. Let's go back to the barking of everything and everyone. =/ Also the strap is easy to adjust but part of the box seems to move a lot and I made the straps pretty tight to avoid choking my dog. So if he shakes his head, maybe that's why the device is moving and doesn't always work optimally. Overall I'm returning this product because the price is right but it doesn't work for us.
