Perfect for flipping large items on the Blackstone Griddle!
Good construction, strong steel, decent steel gauge, nice wooden handle that folds almost flat when needed. Great for quesadillas, tortillas, pizza crusts before filling, scrambled eggs and more. The only small point of criticism is the "folding" function of the handle. It falls apart too easily for me. I will make a locking mechanism. Otherwise it's great!
