A few months ago I bought this adapter from another brand for about $20. It worked so well I wanted another one (one for the house, one for my laptop bag). I tried to buy the same one but then it cost $27. I found this for about $21 so I bought it. When it arrived I carefully compared the new to the old. I am convinced that this is the same manufacturer. It works great and I'm happy. Both, as others have said, get warm but not hot so I don't leave it on overnight when the M1's battery hits 100%. calculated. They charge my MacBook Pro M1 to 100% in less than 2 hours when fully discharged. Now I see that Revain has another one for under $20. I assume that there is currently only one manufacturer.
