I have a USB fan, wanted to slow it down to make it quieter but it didn't work
I have a USB desktop fan, it was still a little noisy even at the lowest speed. I read on another review for a single speed fan to use a LED Dimmer switch to slow it down even further. However, doing so caused the fan to emit a whining noise which was worse than the fan noise.
