Tried using these on my tragus. BASIC no. First, the ends are flat, so they cause pain in the ear. Nothing special to drive them away. The screw is located at the front of the decorative part, which is too small to go through the entire ear. Second, they never stayed in my ear for more than a few days. The previous earrings I wore lasted four years. I kept checking and tightening them, but nothing helped. I ended up only using all 6 until finally losing the fronts as they fell off throughout the day. It's cute, but frankly, save your money! Buy something else!
