Other reviewers note that this pen does not lay flat on the plate. I first asked a plumber to install it and it seemed far out and wobbly. I disassembled it and saw that it didn't install some parts properly. I bought a new valve in case the old one broke. It's not like this. Same weird wobbly landing. Two pieces of plastic fell out and I just used it without, but that's probably not good for the stem. So I spent money on two pens, got a job and still don't have a working pen. mentions that there are no hot or cold indicators on the handle. It would be nice if these indicators were on the record. Anyway, I don't see any way of labeling it. This is another design flaw. This is the third poorly designed Moen product. The other was the towel rail which has two tiers. While getting two for one would be great, it's impossible to take out the inner towel without taking off the second towel. And it slopes downwards so you can't stack anything on top. So everything for free. I thought Moen was high end, not just expensive.
