Very disappointed with this watch. I bought a Fitbit Versa in July 2018. I'm currently on my third replacement. I used to have a Pebble watch that I really liked, but decided to switch to Versa color graphics. Mainly because Fitbit bought out Pebble and I figured that the combined technology of those two companies would give me the perfect watch. I was so wrong This watch has problems that the company has not solved at all. Issues with my watch ranged from music not downloading to partial downloads, messages not getting through the watch, and good old stuff not holding a charge or not charging at all. I am very disappointed in the amount of money I spent on a decent watch and all I got was a beautiful bracelet. I have to say the customer service was top notch, I called, explained the problem and after going through a restart test which didn't work, I got a new watch in the mail a week later. but not fixing problems and not sending repaired watches to your customers is not an option. Fitbit, you'll up your game a lot or I'll switch to Apple. Pooh! I can't believe I said it. Please install a little right!
