I bought this to curl my 11 year old daughter's hair for her 80's girl Halloween costume. The great thing about this product is that it was very cheap (we paid $10), it can be used to curl or straighten hair, and it cures quickly. We have used it several times and it has worked great for both crimping and straightening. It saves a lot of space when you have one styling tool that does the work of two!
