This is not the best cleaning knife. I was very disappointed with the KitchenAid kitchenware. I had to throw out a few items that seemed solid but suddenly broke. So I advocate the purchase. The handle is very slippery, which is very convenient when your hands are wet from washing the vegetables before peeling. It was sarcasm, yes. It's also an odd length that doesn't sit comfortably in the hand. Does he peel vegetables? Yes, but also the stubble on the beard if you try. (Swedish YouTube joke from 5 years ago. I'm so trendy.) I'm sure there are better tools out there, I just wish I knew where.
