Love this little bowl!

I've been using the same knife for many years because I've never been able to find a good one. Knowing it was only a matter of time before it broke, I broke it and ordered this one. What a great solution! This potato peeler sits comfortably in the hand and simply glides gently over the potato skins when peeling potatoes. It won't get stuck in vegetable pulp and is very easy to clean. If you clean your skin often like I do, you need a knife that's this easy to use and affordable.

How can you get excited about a vegetable peeler?

How to admire a peeler? When you transition to a true, whole-food, organic vegan diet, you might be surprised at how easy it is to get carried away with the peeler. This is my third knife from this company and it seems like the only company that can get it right. If you're considering a vegan diet, you might as well get yourself the right tool for the job. This is the brand and the only brand I want to use (a bunch of cheaper useless ones thrown away)

Slippery when wet. And when it's dry.

This is not the best cleaning knife. I was very disappointed with the KitchenAid kitchenware. I had to throw out a few items that seemed solid but suddenly broke. So I advocate the purchase. The handle is very slippery, which is very convenient when your hands are wet from washing the vegetables before peeling. It was sarcasm, yes. It's also an odd length that doesn't sit comfortably in the hand. Does he peel vegetables? Yes, but also the stubble on the beard if you try. (Swedish YouTube joke…

Glides easily but retains water

I love the design of Kitchenaid's portable kitchen appliances because they fit so well and comfortably in my hands. I have small hands and although the handle of this knife seems large, I can maneuver it easily. The knife itself doesn't feel dangerously sharp, but it easily peeled my cucumber. Even though I cleaned large chunks at once, it didn't get stuck. It also comes with a small plastic lid to cover the removable part during storage. The only downside I've found is that after washing, the…

I hate this. best peeler

How a big company can ruin a simple peeler I don't understand! The handle is made of hard plastic and is completely round. No attempt is made to fit your arm or provide assistance or comfort. abominable. Then we have the blade. Instead of a smooth, sharp blade, they decided it should leave tiny ridges in your food. Because of this, I have to go over the areas in multiple passes to actually remove all of the peel. This is wasteful and requires extra time. The design of the peeler is also…
