I've been using the same knife for many years because I've never been able to find a good one. Knowing it was only a matter of time before it broke, I broke it and ordered this one. What a great solution! This potato peeler sits comfortably in the hand and simply glides gently over the potato skins when peeling potatoes. It won't get stuck in vegetable pulp and is very easy to clean. If you clean your skin often like I do, you need a knife that's this easy to use and affordable.

How to admire a peeler? When you transition to a true, whole-food, organic vegan diet, you might be surprised at how easy it is to get carried away with the peeler. This is my third knife from this company and it seems like the only company that can get it right. If you're considering a vegan diet, you might as well get yourself the right tool for the job.
