Willing thermal laminator does its job but indicator light doesn't work (also mentioned in many reviews). The device can become very hot and smell of burnt plastic. If the block is too hot your document will warp as it exits the laminator, it is best to turn it off for a minute and then feed the sheet. Again, it's difficult to know exactly when a device will be ready except through trial and error. I emailed their support team and contacted them through their website but there was no response. At this price I'm not sure I should expect more. On the plus side, it comes with multiple lamination packs to get you started. This might be fine for a small home project, but not for an office.
