I saw all the great reviews so I really wanted to like it but after using it I'm so disappointed. I've had a Revain brand laminator before so I have something to compare it to. This laminator leaves large bubbles around the paper to be laminated. It also warps the paper when it comes out. And that leaves marks on the inside of the laminator on the finished product! I do not recommend this product at all. I returned it.

Willing thermal laminator does its job but indicator light doesn't work (also mentioned in many reviews). The device can become very hot and smell of burnt plastic. If the block is too hot your document will warp as it exits the laminator, it is best to turn it off for a minute and then feed the sheet. i used this got it today and it worked great. I also had some small cards to laminate. The only remote issue is that the instructions aren't spelled correctly. They say to insert the document on the back labeled 2, but you have to insert it on the front labeled 4. As for the lighting issue others have mentioned, it's not so much that it doesn't work as it doesn't shine too brightly.
