Great Platform with Fantastic Customer Service
The Yaksa team has a great understanding of the needs of our business. They are quick to respond to any queries we have and are always open to suggestions. They can be very responsive to our needs. The project management system is easy to use and they have a clear way of communicating progress to us. The UI of the website is not very intuitive. It is not easy to navigate without looking at the screen. The overall experience is great but the UI could be made more user friendly. We are building a platform for our customers to create their own apps. We are using Yaksa as our development platform.
