Review on Pirelli P Zero 275/35 R20 102Y summer by Wiktor Borowski ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not the best quality, but generally not bad.

Stood from the factory on a BMW 740d xdrive in size 245\50\18 Run Flat. Pleasant rides on smooth dry and wet asphalt. She forgave me any holes and open wells, there is also the merit of the original discs, I think some kind of Replika would not have survived this. In any, be it a small or deep track, the steering wheel must be held firmly and throws with both hands otherwise. In puddles, even those that form in ruts during rain over 1 cm deep, it is dangerous to exceed the speed of 80 km / h, floats and does not slow down. Over the entire period of operation (1.5 seasons approximately 25,000 km + -5000) they have worn out by 65-75%, evenly. The driving style is neither calm nor crazy. Conclusion: I don't recommend buying. Before that I had a very good experience with Nokian Hakka Z 235\55\17 not Run Flat Finland. Maybe she holds dry asphalt a little worse. But in the rain I think she has no equal. Aquaplaning does not exist for her. Soft. Literally silent, on any surface. Wear resistance is good. For the new season I bought myself a Pirelli P Zero 245 \ 50 \ 18 only because I got it very cheaply on original disks with new 55,000. Why didn’t I take the Nokian Hakka Z. Yes, because only 2022 is on sale, you can’t find the Finnish one at all, and the similarity with the Finnish one is only in the tread pattern. Neither the quality of the rubber, nor the quality of the product in general . they are just crooked.

Pros
  • dry asphalt. Wet asphalt. Resistant to hernias and ruptures. Not very noisy. Ran Flat.
Cons
  • Rutting. Extremely early hydroplaning. Wear resistance. Mega heavy. Rigid.
