I was careful when buying, I have an old bag from the same company that the zipper broke almost immediately. . THIS NEW BAG actually seems to use a thicker zipper with wider teeth, which was my only issue. I returned to this company because the LEATHER is REAL AND HEAVY. My last bag has worn to a nice patina but all the leather is intact, no tears or scuffs. In my previous bag the craftsmanship was simple but in this one they made more practical pockets and zippers. I still use printed files so the letter gusset works well, the tablet case works really well, my tablet has a bluetooth keyboard case that fits perfectly. If it was just a tablet it would fit easily, my tablet is 4 x 9. The strap is probably the only thing that comes out cheaper, it feels flimsy and flimsy. I like the leather-canvas interior, but it has a stitched seam right at the pocket's pressure point, which I'm sure will become a part of if it breaks. I have to use my regular strap, it fits perfectly but it is a one piece leather piece with a piece of canvas. I don't understand why they cut or split the skin like that. The design department gave up on that, mostly because of the money you pay for it. This is a quality bag but not high end so I think there is room for error, glad they just faked the strap. High-quality leather bag with many pockets. My bag is organized to look empty.
