Update: January 31, 2018 The drone has done a good job with my six year old nephew who can be a bit rough with his toys. It still works great. Unfortunately we lost the prop guard in the grass and the company was very helpful in replacing it free of charge. Very polite and professional in all my experience with the company and the seller. I bought this as a gift for my 6 year old nephew to play with his dad. I appreciate the mini size and that you can play with it indoors in a big enough room. I tried to play on my own before gifting anything and it was a bit difficult for me to learn at first. So my nephew will definitely need help playing this toy (I understand it's recommended for ages 14+). The small print in the manual was also difficult to read. I had to look for a way to reprint and increase the size. The instructions are also a bit complicated. I love that the toy has many different flight directions and tricks it can do. This is an exciting toy and we were impressed. I've crashed a few times (every time) and it still holds up. However, I haven't played it outdoors. I wish there was a charger included, or at least the information that one isn't included. I bought the charger separately.
