The mount is great except it doesn't spring back into level when you slide it out and then press it against the wall. It just takes a little nudge to straighten it out. Update 6 months in advance: I noticed that the TV tilts down by itself. After about a third tightening of the incline adjustment, I noticed that the screw you adjust only rotates within the lever assembly. I called Sanus and told them about my problem and customer service was more than happy to send me a new hand assembly free of charge. Some of the best customer support I've dealt with. So upgrade from 4 to 5
