I like how easy it was for our staff member from different departments with little or no training time at this new start up call center could be assigned calls quickly while still maintaining quality service level! Not much dislike about ameyo as far i can tell but when you have small issues there are not many ways that we get assistance fast enough compared other companies out here who do provide faster resolution times! Great platform overall very helpful tool which makes my work life easier than ever before. I like that it allows me access from anywhere without having to be physically at my desk or computer. It also has great reporting capabilities which are easy for us as non techies to use. There's nothing really i dislike about this system other than maybe some of its features could have been made more user friendly. If you're looking into something similar then definitely give ameyo a try! Accessibility through home office/remote work etc.
