Type of review

I like how easy it was for our staff member from different departments with little or no training time at this new start up call center could be assigned calls quickly while still maintaining quality service level! Not much dislike about ameyo as far i can tell but when you have small issues there are not many ways that we get assistance fast enough compared other companies out here who do provide faster resolution times! Great platform overall very helpful tool which makes my work life easier…

Pros
  • Amayoyo works smoothly over dial up connection speeds too, never once experiencing disconnection problems either due to server errors (like laggy video streaming) despite using limited data plan monthly usage
