Review on Straight Adjustment Campbell Hausfeld XT250000 by Brian West

I bought this to sand and shape wood. With a 36 grit disc, this tool will eat wood quickly. I used it to remove a quarter inch of wood in a 3 x 5 inch area. It only took a few minutes to complete the task. Much faster than my grinder but not for fine work. My only complaint is that it's not variable speed. Hmm, I have an update since I wrote this. I've found that the tool's trigger can be used to change the speed, but you only have about 1/8 inch from off to full speed. This makes it more versatile but requires a delicate touch. This is a great sculpting tool. Wood.
