Although I've only had this pump a couple of weeks I've been using it and the pump itself looks nice. I would love to give this little one 5 stars but the small diameter plastic tubing leaves a lot to be desired. In the box it was folded so tight that it really didn't want to straighten up so I could stretch the case as much as I could (18x36). The pump comes with some threaded parts to screw into the pump to allow the plastic tubing to slide down and what looks like a wide 90 to use for special effects. I emailed the address on their insert if they have a standard threaded garden hose accessory to make this pump more versatile for large pool covers. NO ANSWER. So much for customer service. It is what it is and this little pump was inexpensive, it works but it could be a little better for use with traditional pool covers.
