Wrong factory assembly.
The rear panel was installed askew at the factory. Seat diameter 13 inches, standard 16 inches. Wheels "Roller Blades" are better. Screws and hex wrench are supplied to attach the rear bracket to the underside of the seat. The hex cavity in the bolts is too large (will not fit a metric hex or SAE hex wrench). The hexagon broke off when installing the screws. Poor quality screws. Due to the small diameter of the seat and the curved backrest, the stool is uncomfortable. Returned.
