I tried El Pastor Tacos last fall and loved the flavor but found a way to keep it.
I tried El Pastor tacos last year and loved the taste but finding a way to keep the tower of meat upright in the oven was a nightmare, they all fall off. I bought this specifically for this and I absolutely love it, it works amazing and tastes like tacos.
