Easy on and off - my new review

I was looking for something reflective to wear when walking the dog in the evening. The belt expands and tightens easily, so I can wear it over lightweight clothes in the summer, but expand it to go around a coat in the winter. I use the smaller bands around my ankles; they adjust easily as well. Great product at a reasonable price (around $12).
