Review on Metra 825605 Rear Speaker Plate by Jeffrey Sanders

I installed it on my F150 Raptor. They fit perfectly but I would recommend upgrading them a bit. Foam is built into the factory speakers to secure the back of the speaker to the door, creating a semi-sealed box for the door speakers. So I added thin strips of FatMat insulation between this adapter and the truck door and between this adapter and the speaker to seal it. Similar to factory design. This will help give your speaker more bass as the sound waves don't propagate around the edges of the adapters. Also, in heavy rain, water can leak around the adapter and into your car without a seal. Good product.
