Update: The company contacted me to explain some of the issues I was having. So I'm changing my rating to three stars. Purchased this item from Trevor (formerly of Ledger). That caused me the most problems. In general, here are my main problems: 1 - The send function was not working initially. I spent 2 hours on this and finally got it working. I've tried other wallets and haven't had this problem (Trevor, Ledger, etc.). 2 - No "Send All" function. If you want to send all your bitcoins, you'll have to figure that out yourself for the fee calculation. Every other product has it.3 - High shipping cost.4 - Bluetooth code must be entered every time you connect the device5 - No app. The website interface was poorly designed and I could barely use it. Many times I've just gotten stuck on the Bluetooth pairing website page. Never let me leave the page (must be connected via USB). Very bad user experience on the website. Company support has improved since my first review. However, you still need a phone number. Avoid this product in general.
