I enjoy how easy it is for me as an office manager to access all of my patient's information in one place. It also has great links back into our billing system which makes keeping those records straight so much easier! Sometimes when we are looking at financials or scheduling there can be some lag time between updates being pulled from another database versus what we have current. This would not happen very often but does occur now and then. Make sure you take advantage of their free trial first! They offer several different types of plans so make sure you find out exactly what works best with your business needs. We use it mostly for administrative purposes - booking appointments, tracking payments received/outstanding etc.
