Great kit! Great fun for kids and adults

Made amends for my grandkids when they visit. They are 8, 10 (three 10) and 12 years old. I like the fact that it has thoughtful materials. It comes with two booklets, Cooking Book 1 and Sweet Lab Book 2. One thing I would change about them is that I would make them a bit larger. Although they are not small. My eyes aren't what they used to be and even with more than one child, that would help. We made some common recipes including worms, juice jelly and lollipops. I liked the lollipops the best. The kids loved the worms and the juice jelly. Made great recipes too. I personally enjoyed Sweet of Yogurt and will do so again. Girls love marshmallows! We made caramel threads and baskets. I know they were amazed when they saw the sugar melt. We will repeat these recipes again and again. I should add that they enjoyed making them, using a blender and so on, but were not impressed with the homemade soft drinks. In general it was very pleasant for me and I think even more so for the children. I've bought many different candy sets for kids and we've never been more impressed than with this one. The price is higher but it's totally worth it. I spent 10am to 8pm on other kits which were absolutely useless other than it being an activity I shared with my grandkids. Other children in front of this treat were even inedible, despite the information on the packaging. The treats here are edible and actually pretty tasty. I wouldn't buy it either unless there is an adult involved from start to finish. Plus, it's something kids will remember for years to come. create memories for life.
