These are very nice colored pencils. I have many brands, expensive and cheap, and these are some of my favorites. I've used them on several paintings and already have my favorite color combinations (see Greener Pastures and Honeydew). They mix, although I haven't done a serious mix (galaxy). Their mines are a bit hard and can be sharpened well. The shading is great too. I've attached an image where I used them for most of these. Attached is a picture of Jane Monk from her book "Tangled Journeys". Colorist: Carolyn Watson. Materials used: Cra-Z-Art Timeless Creations colored pencils and mungyo pastels for the background.
