Review on CredAxis by Logan Collier

The customer service is excellent! They answer all questions promptly and accurately - even those that are super-technical in nature!! There's nothing I dislike about their product or support team; everything has been great so far (and they've got me hooked up with some cool stuff for my upcoming trip!). As others have mentioned above it can be confusing at first but once you understand how this works its pretty straight forward. Their software makes billing easier than we had before because there aren't as many steps involved when doing an account reconciliation.
