This panel does not store any charge and does not put out about 100W.

Unfortunately, this panel does not store a charge. The description didn't say anything about it, so I didn't find out about it until after I received it. The cord is also very short, 3 feet or less, and no extension cord is included. This might not be a problem for you depending on what you use it for. I bought it to use as a power source for a CPAP machine. Since the panel doesn't hold a charge, the cable has to go straight from the panel to the charger, which means I have to hook up a $200 charger. on the terrace, which doesn't suit me (it's easy to steal someone on the first floor). It has plunge holes about 1/4 inch in diameter so you can thread the cable through the holes and lock to protect it from theft. The panel is also heavy - maybe that's normal for a solar panel, I don't know, this is my first. I like that it has a large surface. The power output is well under 100 watts, even in bright sunshine. I plugged it into my PSU for 8 hours and it didn't even fill it to the first bar (there are 5 "bars" representing the power level on the PSU). One note to keep in mind - the panels themselves can get wet but not the frame/backing around them, FYI. Whether this works for you really depends on what you're going to use it for. With low output, it can work well for cell phones, but it looks like you can get a solar cell phone charger for less than that.
