I got this for my mom for Mother's Day and she loves it! She's constantly trying to cook different flavored low-calorie foods to help her lose weight, so tea leaves for water were the perfect gift. It's really easy to use and holds just the right amount. The downside is that the product broke not so long ago (the brewing part refuses to connect to the top cover). It still works and she used it, but it was kind of a shame. BUT! Good news? I mentioned this in my One Savvy Life review and although it was outside the return window they help me and send me a new one! You gotta love that kind of customer service! And I didn't expect them to do anything because they had every right not to!
