These baskets look exactly like the photo in the product description. These aren't the most durable baskets. The small velcro ring on the back to stabilize the position of the basket broke almost immediately. You're stuck in the tire because the rear end may be stiffer than it is. The stitching on the bottom of one came out and made a hole. I didn't put anything particularly heavy in these baskets. At first I was very disappointed with their work. Driving is even more fun when you can stop and grab something because you can easily carry it. Baskets are key for people who use their bikes to run errands. Baskets are the key to storage for any trip. They work and I decided to make some modifications myself as I already had them and was getting the most out of my purchase. So far I don't think panniers should cost hundreds of dollars. I think they could do better at this price point making them more functional without the necessary changes. I think I'll invest in an upgrade that's more expensive than this but something I find cheaper. The stripes on the back light up when light hits them. This is a good security supplement. In general these are not bad. I just don't like paying money for something and then having to modify it to make it work properly. It's only when they're empty that I have a problem with them getting in the way of the needles because the chain isn't as stiff as it could be like I said above. It was easy to fix. On the other hand, they are easy to attach. Once attached they are stable. They do the job well and offer a decent amount of space to haul a decent load.
