In the photo 6/7 under a pair of 4/5, and by the will of fate my son was right between them. My son is on the autism spectrum and his school allowed him to wear them due to his sensory defences. They are excellent if your child is struggling with them. But unfortunately I have to wait another year until it's 6/7 and no in-between sizes are offered.
