Solenoid valve defective. The fuse is good, but there is no current flowing through the solenoid.

Tried this on my 2008 Ninja 250r and the battery wouldn't even turn on. My current start solenoid just clicks, but the batter works. It's not a backup. My multimeter reads 0.00 volts across the terminals (regardless of whether the ignition button is pressed or not) but it says 12.3 volts to the magneto terminal. or He really hates my 08 Ninja 250r, in which case it is defective and not working Ninja 250s.

Pros
