Review on πŸ’½ Sony Micro Vault M-Series USB 2.0 Flash Drive - 32GB, White (USM32GM/W) by Chris Webb

Cheap and cute. The hat is missing.

I bought the 4GB version of this flash drive. THE GOOD: -It's VERY compact - only tiny. I love it. -Unique clean modern look -Cheap BAD: -No cap. Most flash drives come with a cover or can be retracted for protection. I feel like I can't just toss this in my bag, I should be more careful with it (and reset it more often). Earlier versions of Sony MicroVault drives had a small silicone sleeve. I wish they had included that in this one. - Not easy to attach to keychain. There is a rectangular hole at the end of the flash drive (you can see it in the photo), but it is SMALL. So you can attach this drive to your keychain, but you can't use regular key ring, bead chain, etc. You'll need something thin (thin as dental floss) to actually get through the jewelry. USAGE TIPS: - There is free 5GB cloud storage on SugarSync, so it might be a bonus if you are looking for more online storage space. All in all, if you care about aesthetics, this is a great flash drive. It's best used for projects where you can keep it in one place most of the time since it's so small and exposed. If you're a college student looking for a hard drive that won't get lost and that you can just toss in your backpack, this probably isn't the best choice.
